Hi, I'm Diana
and I have been exactly where you are.

Over 34 years I have been a licensed esthetician, studio owner, educator, curriculum writer, and coach and mentor to countless beauty professionals across the U.S. and every one of those roles shaped the mentor I am today. Real, lived, hard-won experience, not theory, not guesswork, but a career built one brave step at a time.

But more than my credentials, I want you to know this: I have had to choose myself, rebuild myself, and believe in myself when it was the hardest thing in the world to do. I built 3 dream careers using the exact mindset tools, goal-writing practices, and confidence strategies I teach in this mentorship. Not theory. Lived experience. And it works, because I am living proof.

I created Creative Spa Mentoring because I kept watching brilliant, skilled, passionate beauty professionals not believe in themselves. And I knew I could help. This is my 4th dream and my mission is to help you build yours.
