As a post-graduate educator with Dermalogica and the International Dermal Institute, I helped post-graduate professionals sharpen their technical skills, grow their businesses, and believe in themselves. I went on to become the Educational Leader for the Skincare Program and a Cultural Coach and Mentor at Paul Mitchell, The School, creating a national skincare career path for educators that had never existed before, and mentoring schools across the country.
